Motivation to get back on track

Recently My mom, aunt, and several friends have taken huge steps to live healthier lives. They turn and look at me to say. Jen thanks you keep me motivated. To my surprise, I didn’t know anyone was even paying any attention to the small things I did to try to live healthier and keep the weight at bay.

I’m proud to be a motivater to see black women moving and making healthy choices. But the hardest question i get is how to bounce back after a long weekend or dinner with friends. I wanted to share this great article on foods to eat when you over indulge.
